What it does
- Fetches public pages on prop firm websites — rules, payout terms, pricing — once a day at most, and compares them against the previous copy so we can show traders when a firm changes its terms.
- Requests pages one at a time with a pause between them. It does not crawl deeply, follow every link, or attempt anything behind a login.
- Respects
robots.txt. It reads only what a person could read in a browser.
Asking it to stop
Disallow it in robots.txt:

Or email bot@payouttrail.com and we will stop fetching your site. We would rather have a short honest listing than an unwelcome one.
